Running a Shopify store in India costs a monthly Shopify plan, payment gateway fees from providers such as Razorpay, PayU or Cashfree, any Shopify transaction fee for third-party gateways, paid apps, a domain, and design and development. Shopify’s plan prices are shown in INR on its official pricing page and change from time to time.

Which plan should an Indian store choose?
Most new stores start on an entry plan and upgrade when the lower transaction fees and extra staff accounts or reporting on a higher plan save more than the price difference. Shopify Plus suits high-volume brands with complex needs.

- Start with a well-built free or premium theme instead of a custom design
