These terms cover your use of this website. Any project with Lazapi is also governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project. If the two differ, the signed proposal or agreement applies.
Using this website
The guides and resources here are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Platform features, prices and rules change, so check current details with the provider or a qualified adviser before relying on them. Do not misuse this website or try to disrupt it.
Our services
Scope, deliverables, timeline and exclusions are set out in writing before work starts. Changes to agreed scope may change the timeline and price, and we will agree them with you first.
Quotes, payments and invoices
Prices and payment terms are stated in your written quote. Shopify subscriptions, paid apps, payment processing fees and other third-party costs are separate unless your quote says otherwise.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback and the access we need, and for confirming that you have the rights to the materials you give us. You remain responsible for your own products, policies, tax and legal compliance.
Intellectual property
Website content belongs to Lazapi or its licensors. Ownership of project work is stated in your proposal or agreement. Third-party themes, apps and libraries remain subject to their own licences.
Results and liability
We take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue or results, or the actions of third-party platforms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Ending a project
How a project can be paused or ended, and what is payable, is set out in your proposal or agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of India, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
