Shopify App Integration & Custom App Development
Connect Shopify to the couriers, accounting, ERP, CRM and marketing tools you already use, or get a custom app built for the workflow no app covers.
Quick answer
Shopify app integration connects your store to other business systems so orders, stock, customers and payments flow automatically. Lazapi sets up and configures apps for shipping, payments, accounting, CRM and marketing, builds custom private apps with Shopify’s Admin API and webhooks, and audits existing apps to cut cost and bloat.
Problems we solve
-
01
Systems that don’t talk
Orders typed into accounts by hand, stock updated in two places, customers in three lists.
-
02
Too many apps
Overlapping apps add monthly fees and slow the store down. We audit and consolidate.
-
03
Courier and COD headaches
Manual shipping labels and unverified cash-on-delivery orders cost time and money.
-
04
A feature no app offers
When off-the-shelf apps don’t fit, a small custom app often does.
Integrations we set up
- Shipping: Shiprocket, Delhivery and other courier apps
- Payments: Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe
- WhatsApp commerce and notifications
- Accounting and ERP: Zoho Books, Tally, NetSuite
- CRM and email marketing
- Reviews, subscriptions and loyalty
- Custom private apps using the Admin API and webhooks
- Shopify Functions and checkout extensions (where your plan allows)
- App audits to reduce cost and script bloat
How we approach integrations
-
01
Map the workflow
Which data moves where, how often, and who relies on it.
-
02
Choose app or custom
We recommend an existing app when one fits, and custom code when it doesn’t.
-
03
Build and connect
Configuration or development on a test store first.
-
04
Test with real data
Orders, refunds and edge cases tested end to end.
-
05
Monitor
Logging and alerts so failures are spotted quickly.

Questions we hear often
Should I use an existing app or build a custom one?
Use an existing app when it does what you need at a fair monthly cost; it is quicker and maintained by its developer. A custom app makes sense for workflows unique to your business or when several apps could be replaced by one.
Can you connect Shopify to Tally or Zoho Books?
Yes. We set up connector apps or build a custom integration so orders, invoices and payments reach your accounts without manual entry. We test with real orders, refunds and GST details before going live.
Can you reduce the number of apps on my store?
Yes. An app audit lists every installed app, what it costs, what it loads on the storefront and whether it is still used. We then remove, replace or consolidate apps and clean up leftover code.
Do custom apps need Shopify Plus?
Most custom apps work on any Shopify plan. Some features, such as certain checkout customisations, depend on your plan; we confirm this before you commit.
Who maintains a custom app after launch?
We can, under a support plan, or we hand over documented code for your own developers.
